About the Chefs
Is a chef established in the restaurant LULA BISTRO in the city of Guadalajara, Jal. He has a path of more than 20 years in kitchens, mainly in Europe.
He is considered as one of the chefs with major international projection due to his experimental technique, seeking to take every ingredients flavor to the limit. His dishes seduce for their unexpected combination of flavors and presentations.
He was nominated to the Gourmet Awards in 2012, 2013 and 2015 from Travel & Leisure magazine. In the Mexican gastronomic industry, he is recognized by other renowned chef as a trendsetter.
Chef-owner at PANAZIA, CSL is bringing his “Cocina Mexiatica”. Paul Zamudio is better know as the “Umami King”. His Mexican roots combined with his experience in Asian food, has result in a perfect combination that can´t be missed.
The recognized pastry chef born in Guadalajara, Jal. Her perseverance and pursuit of perfectionism led her to work in important restaurants along with world-renowned chefs Ferrán Adriá and Heston Blumenthal in the pastry area.
Founding LA POSTERÍA in 2013, quickly these place had a great public acceptance, receiving multiple international publications. In 2015 LA POSTERÍA won in the Gourmet Awards as Best Sweet Experience.
